Welcome to C3 Auto Care! By purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return and Refund Policy

  • We offer an instant return policy. Products cannot be returned the next day after purchase.
  • In certain cases, after mutual discussion and product replacement, if you are still unsatisfied, we may issue a store credit for the product value.
  • Store Credit will be 100% redeemable and will be added to your account for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.

2. Installation and Technician Disclaimer

  • Technicians and installers provided are partners of C3 Auto Care, not direct employees.
  • C3 Auto Care is not responsible for any damage, errors, or issues caused by the installer during or after the installation process.

3. Vehicle Wiring and Modifications

  • For the proper functionality of some aftermarket products, wiring cuts or joints may be required.
  • In such cases, C3 Auto Care is not liable for any future electrical or system-related issues arising from these modifications.

4. Valuables and Vehicle Inspection

  • Customers must remove all valuables before handing over the vehicle for installation or service.
  • C3 Auto Care is not responsible for any loss of personal items unless reported and documented before installation work begins.
  • Please inspect your vehicle before and after installation. We are not liable for any claims made after the car is handed back to you.

5. Warranty Policy

  • All warranties are provided by the product manufacturers, not C3 Auto Care.
  • We act solely as an intermediary between you and the brand.
  • In the event the manufacturer refuses to replace a product, C3 Auto Care will offer a refund on a depreciating value basis at 10% per month from the original invoice value.

Example: If a product costs ₹10,000, it will depreciate ₹1,000 every month.

6. Warranty Claim Terms

  • Only the product value will be refunded or replaced under warranty.
  • Fitting/installation charges or any associated service costs are non-refundable.
  • Warranty replacements are free of product charge if claimed within 10 days of purchase.
  • If claimed after 10 days, fitting/installation charges will be applicable for reinstallation.

7. Special Orders and Advance Payments

  • For specially ordered products, a 50% advance is required.
  • The advance is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind.

8. Additional Terms

  • Product images, features, and specifications displayed online or at the store are for reference only and may vary slightly based on availability or manufacturing updates.
  • Installation times are approximate and subject to change based on vehicle condition and product compatibility.
  • Custom modifications done at the customer’s request void any standard return or warranty claim.
  • C3 Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service or sale to any customer under reasonable grounds.
  • Price changes may occur without prior notice due to manufacturer updates or market fluctuations.
